What data the app uses

DCA Monitor fetches publicly available price data from third-party APIs to display market information:

• Kraken and Binance — cryptocurrency prices
• Yahoo Finance and Stooq — metals, indices, and stock prices
• metals.live — spot metal prices

These requests are read-only and fetch only public market data. No personal information is sent in these requests.

What data is stored

All app data — including your settings, tracked entries, alert configurations, and history — is stored locally on your device only using your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer or any third party.

What data is NOT collected

• No account or sign-up is required
• No personal information is collected
• No analytics or tracking tools are used
• No data is sent to any server operated by the developer
• No advertising SDKs are included

Notifications

The app may send local notifications to your device (e.g. DCA day reminders, price alerts). These are generated entirely on-device and do not involve any external server or data transmission.

Internet access

The app requires internet access solely to fetch public market price data from the APIs listed above. This is necessary for the app's core functionality of displaying current and historical price information.

Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
